RSS Reader is displayed correctly in Sitebuilder Wizard site Preview however it is not displayed on the published site.

SYMPTOMS

RSS Reader generates the following error on the site:

The selected RSS channel is unavailable now.

RESOLUTION

You should enable allow_url_fopen option in /etc/php.ini on the publishing server:

 allow_url_fopen = On
