Restoration of a VPS upgraded to redhat-as4/20060815 fails

SYMPTOMS

Task for VPS restoration fails with the following message:

ExSystem: ERRCODE 5000 ERRCODE_MINOR -1 VZALib error, code: -1, msg:

Application template redhat-as4/20060815 is not installed.

CAUSE

This is a known issue of Parallels Infrastructure Manager 4.0 (ID: 114437). Parallels is aware of this issue and would make a hotfix available - PIM 4.0 hotfix 05 should be installed to resolve this issue.

RESOLUTION

Install PIM 4.0 hotfix 05.

Additional information

This issue affects only VPS that had been upgraded to OS template redhat-as4/20060815.

VPSes based on another OS templates or originally created on redhat-as4/20060815 are not affected by this issue.
