SYMPTOMS

There is Service Pack 1 is installed on the node and Virtuozzo installer downloads SP1 template automatically. However it is necessary to download e.g. Service Pack 2  OS template.

RESOLUTION

To make so it is necessary to run vzinstall.exe and choose Download Only mode, choose required architecture and language on prompted window and click OK.  After that all available Virtuozzo templates for desired architecture and language will be downloaded to \vz\downloads (by default) location.
