SYMPTOMS

 In details you can see:

"Directory attachments do not exist."

RESOLUTION

You should log into Sitebuilder admin CP -> Logs section and find full error message concerning attachments directory. Something like:

"Directory attachments do not exist. Path to dirname- /usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/7b/7bb16565ccf67ec3ed73ff9939ae281a/data/storage/attachments"

After directory name is found out it is recommended to apply actions from article http://kb.parallels.com/en/5389

Additional information

Note, Sitebuilder root directory path can be different on Debian and Ubuntu systems - /opt/sitebuilder/ instead of /usr/local/sitebuilder/.
