SYMPTOMS

Unresolvable chain of dependencies:
psa-updates-8.3.0-rhel4.build83080131.20 requires psa-hotfix4 = 8.3.0-rhel4.build83080131.20
The following packages were added to your selection to satisfy dependencies:

ERROR: The up2date utility failed to install the required packages.

Please, contact product technical support.

CAUSE

Most probably this situation related to up2date cache broken state.

RESOLUTION

Try to clean /var/spool/up2date directory and run autoinstaller one more time.
