Resolution

To get the CD back to the OS X side when Parallels Desktop is running, you can either, select "CD/DVD-ROM" and choose "Disconnect" option from the "Devices" menu on the toolbar or right-click (Ctrl+click) the CD icon at the bottom-right corner of Parallels window and click "Disconnect". You can switch CD back to the VM by repeating the steps above and selecting "Connect".
