SYMPTOMS

Plan name is shown in the service description field of an invoice, it is unclear which domain in being billed. For example:

CAUSE

Plan periods descriptions are configured with wrong placeholder.
 

RESOLUTION

The full domain name can be specified in the Service Description area of ARDoc notifications. To setup this, follow the next steps:

 1. Open  PBA > Product Director > Plan Manager > Service Plans

 2. Choose a domain Service Plan you wish to modify

 3. Proceed to the Subscription Periods tab.

 4. Specify Description for all fee options using @@Subscription_Name@.

With help of this placeholder, full domain names are added to a service description of invoices. It is verified to be working in notifications for registering and renewing domains.
