My retail SiteBuilder license has expired when it it’s not supposed to.

RESOLUTION

All purchased SiteBuilder keys have license update/expiration date set for 1 month. On this  date SiteBuilder will automatically connect to the license server, the license will be checked if key/client are valid the key will be updated for the next month and automatically updated on the

server. It is done to prevent stolen keys usage by unauthorized persons. If your key/ownership is valid all the time, then the key will be checked and expiration updated each month forever.

Please note port 5224 should be open for outgoing connection and ka.swsoft.com:2000 accessible.
