SYMPTOMS

The following error message reported after executing vzkeyupdate command:
# vzkeyupdate -n
Send license request, attempt #1 ...
Incorrect product version format
Will retry after 600 sec


RESOLUTION

Please execute the following commands on hardware node:
# echo "Virtuozzo release 3.0.0" > /etc/virtuozzo-release
# vzkeyupdate -n
