SYMPTOMS

The CP url in Online Store differs from the reseller's Branded Access Point, so customers are unable to login. "Login as" feature does not work in PBA.
 

CAUSE

Branded customers are able to login using their Branded Access Point only (defined in Top > Marketing Director > Branding Manager > Brands), PBA configuration must be adjusted after changing or creating brand in POA.
 

RESOLUTION

Change url in SuDo Settings:
1. Login to PBA, go to Top > Configuration Director > Security Manager > SuDo settings.
2. Change URL to the Control Panel property to reflect the new brand.

Change url in Online Store settings:
1. Login to PBA, go to Top > Product Director > Online Store Manager > General Parameter Sections > General Parameter > BRANDING.
2. Change CP_URL property to new branded cp url.
