Symptoms

Statistics page ( Plesk, Server, Statistics ) fails to load. The following error is displayed:

Unable to assign SystemStatisticsForm object:
StatInfo->getSysDiskSpaceInfo() failed: sysinfo failed: Empty error
message from utility.

Cause

Most likely the reason of the problem is wrong permissions or dead SIDs on psaadm account profile.

Resolution

1. Please check security permissions on C:\Documents and Settings\psaadm folder and all files and subfolders.

2. Remove dead SIDs if there are any.

3. Run Plesk Reconfigurator and check and repair permissions on Plesk accounts

4. Clean up %plesk_dir%\PrivateTemp folder

5. Restart Plesk Management Service
