How do I terminate Plesk client subscription for already deleted Plesk client?

SYMPTOMS

The following error message reported on attempt to terminate Plesk client subscription after clicking the destroy button and selecting 'Delete target system' option:

Error cleaning IP from Plesk nodeError cleaning IP from Plesk nodeError cleaning IP from Plesk node
at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HSPC/MT/BM/Subscription/PleskClientSubscription.pm line 1105, line 6.

or

Error occurred while deleting client from Plesk node: Cannot find Plesk gate for HW node #XX
at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HSPC/MT/BM/Subscription/PleskClientSubscription.pm line 1071, line 1.

RESOLUTION

To delete such Plesk client subscriptions it is required to use Keep target system option to not sent any requests to Plesk nodes.

Please select subscription to be deleted on Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Termination Queue screen (Reseller's subscriptions could be selected on Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Resold Subscriptions > Termination Queue screen), click on Destroy button, select Keep target system option and click on Destroy button once again to confirm subscription termination.
