SYMPTOMS

Plesk integrated with Sitebuilder is installed on the server.  Any try to configure specific domain to use 'Publish sites with sitebuilder' option on Plesk, Domains, domain.tld, Setup page fails with the following error:

Error: Sitebuilder license error: The limit on the number of SiteBuilder sites is reached

However Sitebuilder license has enough number of sites which can be created.

CAUSE

1. Most likely this domain is configured as Host in Sitebuilder and domain name instead of IP address is used.

2. Another issue could take place is that plan which assigned to current user(Plesk Client) in Sitebuilder does not have enough limit for sites creation.

RESOLUTION

1. Please go to Sitebuilder, Server, Hosts, Hostname( in this case it should be the name of issued domain) and ensure that IP address filed contains IP address than DNS name.

2. The current plan can be checked in  SiteBuilder Admin,Users ,<User name/Plesk Client name>, Plan.

Than it is necessary to go to Sitebuilder Admin, Users , Plans, <Plan name> and check  Maximum number of regular sites value.
