[FIX] Unable to create databases under Client or Domain Administrator accounts

SYMPTOMS

Database creation under Client or Domain Administrator account fails with the following error:

"Notice : Undefined index in c:\Program files\Swsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.DBAddForm.php"


Databases can be created without any problems under admin account.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because database server is not configured as default in Plesk. This could happen due to incorrect Plesk upgrade.

RESOLUTION

Please log into Plesk Control Panel as Admin, go to Server, Database Servers, Issued SQL server, Preferences and toggle on "Use this server as default “ checkbox.
