Is there a way to configure Plesk to enable Dr. Web anti-virus checking by default when a mailname is created?

Plesk Event Manager can be used for this purpose.  For example you can create event handler for the 'Mail name created' event and put the command to be executed:

/usr/local/psa/bin/mail.sh --update $NEW_MAILNAME -antivirus inout
