SYMPTOMS

Why Hotfix3 for Sitebuilder 4 for windows has been released after Hotfix1, not Hotfix2?

CAUSE

This is because Hotfix2 contained several blocker issues, which were discovered by the customers who got it prior to General Availability.

That is why we decided to never provide Hotfix2 for General Availability and instead release the Hotfix3.

RESOLUTION

Install Hotfix3 on all systems running Sitebuilder 4 for Windows.
