[Info] Disabled buttons in Plesk

SYMPTOMS

Some buttons in Plesk interface are missed or grayed out.

RESOLUTION

1.  Please check if this component is available at the Plesk Components. You can check it at the Plesk, Server, Components manager page.

If it is not there, press Refresh button and check if the component appears in the list.

If it is still not available, please restart a service of this component, or reinstall it and refresh Plesk Components again.

2.  The feature which you want to use could be not for free. Check if your Plesk key supports this feature. You can see the list of available features at the license management page - Plesk, Server, License Management. If such feature is not available on your key, you need to purchase it.

Once it is done, please update your license or install additional one and refresh Plesk Components.
