How do I create new Resellers in HSPcomplete system?

RESOLUTION

 

New Reseller could be created using New Reseller Account button on Top > Account Director > Reseller Manager > Resellers screen. Detailed information regarding this process is described in this article in HSPcomplete Provider's Guide.


 

In case New Reseller Account button is not available on Top > Account Director > Reseller Manager > Resellers screen please check if there are free Resellers accounts available in HSPcomplete license on 'Top > Configuration Director > License Manager > HSPcomplete Licenses' screen. If number of Unused Reseller Accounts is zero - please contact your sales representative to upgrade HSPcomplete license with increasing number of Resellers accounts.
