How do I switch registered domain to DNS hosting/Registered elsewhere?

RESOLUTION

Starting form HSPcomplete 3.3 version it is enough to delete corresponding domain registration subscription using Terminate button on subscription properties screen - the domain will be switched to 'Registered elsewhere' status after subscription termination.

Please note, that after clicking on Terminate button the subscription will be placed in termination queue first, as described in this article.
