How do I restore VE subscription accidentally deleted?

RESOLUTION

Please use the following steps to restore VE subscription:

  • restore VE on Virtuozzo hardware node registered in HSPcomplete system
  • wait till VE conflict resolver task will fetch the VE properties from hardware node (this should take not more than 2 hours) or optionally execute Detect newly appeared Virtuozzo VE conflicts task on Top > Action Log > Task queue > Detect newly appeared Virtuozzo VE conflicts screen.
  • register the VE in HSPcomplete system using 'VE is not registered.' link on Top > Migration Director > Conflicts Resolver > Virtuozzo VE screen

Registration process should create a new order on VE subscription creation and as soon as it is processed new VE subscription in Active status should be created.
