RESOLUTION

In HSPcomplete 3.3 version when domain registration subscription is terminated corresponding domain is not deleted, but switched to DNS hosting with Registered elsewhere status, so all DNS records for the domain are preservered. To create a new Domain registration subscription for domain, registered elsewhere it should be enough to use the following steps:

• click on Register/Transfer button on the domain properties screen Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.name
• select 'Transfer an existing domain' option and hosting plan, click on Next button
• select 'Transfer domain to your registrar account manually' option (as the domain is already registered on registrar), optionally adjust all other options in case it is required, click on Next button
• check domain contacts information, correct if it is required and click on Next button
• validate information which the domain will be registered with and click on Finish button.

As soon as order on domain transfer will be processed - new domain registration subscription will be created.
