[FIX] Plesk backup fails due to missed parent objects

SYMPTOMS

The following error is displayed when trying to make Plesk backup:

"Parent client not found"

RESOLUTION

Please download the following file:

http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.2.0/123172/psabackup.dll

and place it to %plesk_bin% folder.
