[FIX] Application error appears in the left frame of VZPP for certain VE

SYMPTOMS

When logging to VZPP of certain VE, left frame is not loaded.

Application error is displayed instead.

CAUSE

Most likely the reason of the problem is missed permissions on C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe file inside issued VE.

RESOLUTION

Please login to VE by RDP and check that SYSTEM account has Full Control permissions on C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe and C:\windows\SysWoW64\cmd.exe (for x64 architecture) files.
