Symptoms

 User desktop might be broken after cloning VE:

-background color is gray instead of blue;
-cursor flickers (arrow/arrow+hourglass);
-control bar does not respond;

-screen properties: current windows theme is named "modified theme"  and sample window is black instead of showing theme fonts\controls\colors;

Resolution

This issue was fixed in Virtuozzo update 35149. Please run Virtuozzo Update Wizard and install Virtuozzo updates up to VZU35149
