SYMPTOMS

It’s not possible to login to FrontPage Webadmin under additional accounts created on Plesk, Domains, domain.tld, FrontPage Administration page.

The main domain ftp/frontpage  account created on Plesk, Domains, domain.tld, setup page works properly and it is possible to login to FrontPage Webadmin using it.

CAUSE

It’s made by design. Additional FrontPage accounts are created with limited permissions and have no access to FP Webadmin.

RESOLUTION

To grant them required permissions it’s necessary to login to FP Webadmin using main account and go to Mange users roles area.
