RESOLUTION

You may use the following steps to change IP-addresses assigned to HSPcomplete VE:

  • assign new IP-address to HSPcomplete VE using the following command on Management node running HSPcomplete VE:
    # vzctl set HSPc_VE_ID --save --ipadd NEW.IP.ADDRESS

  • assign new IP-addresses to HSPcomplete VE for every Reseller which have hidding configured on dedicated IP-address
  • update DNS records for the hostnames used to access HSPcomplete Control Panels and HSPcomplete Store to point to the new IP-addresses

As soon as DNS changes are propagated over network:

  • set up new IP-address of HSPcomplete system in SERVER_IP variable in /etc/hspc/hspc.conf file
  • replace old IP-address with the new one in the following configuration files:
    /etc/resolv.conf
    /etc/h{spc,ttp}d/conf*
    /etc/powerdns/pdns.conf (for HSPcomplete 3.3 only)
    /etc/powerdns/recursor.conf (for HSPcomplete 3.3 only)

  • restart HSPcomplete VE
