How do I redefine start IDs for Financial Documents and Virtuozzo VEs?

CAUSE

All objects including documents in HSPcomplete get the special numerical ID assigned in HSPcomplete database. Database IDs are assigned automatically and have specific order for each document type.


If needed, you can set a new starting ID for most of HSPcomplete objects.

RESOLUTION


To set the starting IDs for HSPcomplete Objects:

  • Open the Configuration Director submenu and select Miscellaneous Settings.
  • Click Objects Start ID on the Miscellaneous Settings submenu. The current IDs settings appear on the screen. You can see IDs that will be assigned to the next created objects.
  • Click the Edit button and redefine IDs.
