[FIX] Unable to delete database record using phpmyadmin

Symptoms

The following error message is received when attempting to delete a record from a database:

The page cannot be displayed

Resolution

Please download the following file:

http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.2.0/121498/config.inc.php

and place it to %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpMyAdmin folder, having backed up the original one.
