How do I upgrade HSPcomplete system to the latest available version?

RESOLUTION

Before starting Parallels Business Automation - Standard (former HSPcomplete) upgrade procedure it is recommended to create complete system backup or at least complete database dump (for minor upgrades on the same major version).

Upgrade steps depends on currently installed HSPcomplete version. You may check currently installed HSPcomplete version on Top > Support screen in Provider's Control Center.

 

1. For the following HSPcomplete versions (not the latest 3.3.0 version):

* 3.3.0-400.03
* 3.3.0-401.10
* 3.3.0-402.10
* 3.3.0-403.22
* 3.3.0-404.15
* 3.3.0-405.22
* 3.3.0-406.07
* 3.3.0-407.22
* 3.3.0-408.14
* 3.3.0-409.11

• upgrade to the latest HSPcomplete 3.3.0-410.xx version using upgrade instructions from Release Notes (section "(06) Installation instructions")
• continue with the next step to upgrade to the latest version

2. For the following HSPcomplete versions (the latest 3.3.0 version or not the latest 3.3 SP1 version):

* 3.3.0-410.XX
* 3.3.1-00.179
* 3.3.1-01.02
* 3.3.1-01.06
* 3.3.1-02.19
* 3.3.1-03.08
* 3.3.1-04.07
* 3.3.1-05.05
* 3.3.1-06.07

• upgrade to HSPcomplete 3.3.1 version (Service Pack 1) using upgrade instructions from Release Notes
• continue with the next step to upgrade to the latest version

3. For the following HSPcomplete versions (the latest 3.3.1(Service Pack 1) version or not the latest 3.3 SP2 version):

* 3.3.1-07.xx
* 3.3.2-00.xx
* 3.3.2-01.xx
* 3.3.2-02.xx
* 3.3.2-03.xx
* 3.3.2-04.xx
* 3.3.2-05.xx

•  upgrade to the latest available HSPcomplete 3.3.2 version (Service Pack 2) using upgrade instructions from Release Notes

4. For the following versions (the latest HSPcomplete 3.3.2 Service Pack 2 version or not latest Parallels Business Automation - Standard 3.3.3 Service Pack 3):
* 3.3.2-06.09
* 3.3.3-00.xx
* 3.3.3-01.xx

• (for upgrade from 3.3.2-xx to 3.3.3-xx versions only) execute upgrade precheck script as described in this article
  
• upgrade to the latest available Parallels Business Automation - Standard 3.3.3 version (Service Pack 3) using upgrade instructions provided in Release Notes
