CAUSE

To switch SRSplus plug-in configuration to production server srs.srsplus.com it is required to sent certification log to SRSplus with request to enable access to srs.srsplus.com, without certification log usually only access to test server testsrs.srsplus.com is available

RESOLUTION

Certification log could be created with the help of /etc/hspc/dm_plugins/SRSplus-certify utility shipped with HSPcomplete distribution:

Usage:
where FILENAME is the place for certification log to be stored, and PLUGIN_ID is ID of SRSplus plugin in HSPcomplete system

Example: In case SRSplus plugin ID in HSPcomplete system is 6 it is required to execute the following command inside HSPcomplete VE to generate certification log:

As soon as command is completed certification log is saved into ./certification.log file under current directory and is ready to be sent to SRSplus with request to enable access to production server srs.srsplus.com
