[FIX] Cannot restore from a backup, made by Plesk version 7.5.6 using Plesk 8.1.x

SYMPTOMS

Data from a backup made with Plesk 7.5.6 cannot be restored using Plesk 8.1.1, the following error is displayed:

Unable to find certificates.id='1'

RESOLUTION

1. Please download the following file
 
http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.1.1/120024/psabackup.dll

2. Place it to %plesk_bin% folder.

3. Try to restore from the backup again
