Browser hangs on the domain hosting setup page in the Plesk CP.

SYMPTOMS

If I go to Domains>DOMAIN NAME>Setup the page hangs. After several minutes when the browser shows "completed" no data is displayed.
Also, if I look for 'ps' output there are several 'usermng' processed hanged in 'D' state:

# ps -ax | grep usermng | grep -v grep
15568 ?        D      0:00 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/usermng --isquotable-quiet
32069 ?        D      0:00 /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/usermng --isquotable-quiet

CAUSE

This problem occurs due to the BUG in quotactl() system call in some Fedora Core 1 kernel versions. See for more information: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=127396

RESOLUTION

The problem was not fixed in Fedora Core 1 version. The best way if you migrate your Plesk to more recent OS where this problem does not exist.
