SYMPTOMS

VZMC fails to upload SSH keys into SVE.

The following error appears:  Failed to upload SSH keys

CAUSE

The most possible reason of the problem is corrupted C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Virtuozzo\VZAgent\etc\vzagent.conf file.

Another reason is that OpenSSH inside Service VE is blocked Antivirus software installed on the node.

RESOLUTION

To repair the corrupted vzagent.conf file, you would take a copy of this file from the Service VE directory at C:\vz\private\1\root\swsoft\VZAgent\etc. Alternatively, you could take a copy of this corrupted file from another Virtuozzo server (Hardware Node).

Disable antivirus software on the node. For the list of supported antivirus software please consult with the following article.
