[Info] Unhandled exception when attempting to change permissions using the Plesk file manager

SYMPTOMS

When trying to change permissions on one or more folder/file using the  Plesk File Manager the following error message is displayed:

FileManager::get_file_info_wrapper() failed: filemng util failed: Unhandled exception

CAUSE

Most likely the Plesk Management Service has lost necessary information from cache.

RESOLUTION

The service needs restarting to recover the currect functionality.
