[FIX] Ticket creation in Help Desk fails with an error

SYMPTOMS

When a client tries to create new ticket in Plesk Help Desk, the following error message is displayed:

Notice: Undefined index: real_email in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.TTSReporter.php on line 281
Notice: Undefined index: type in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.TTSReporter.php on line 352

Unable to create TTS Reporter object: Reporter type is invalid

RESOLUTION

This problem has been solved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version
