Resolution
Description: When trying to "Send/Receive" mails using Outlook 2003 client the following error appears:Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F):
'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'Reason: Offline Address Book is corrupted for the organization:
•The offline address book list object has a missing address list.
•The offline address book list object has an incorrect address list.
Resolution:
For POA 2.5: Open MS Exchange System Manager > Recipients > Offline Address Lists > Right click on affected organization name > Rebuild.
From POA 2.6: It is possible to rebuild Offline Address Books via Providers CP: Top > Deployment Director > Server Manager > Hardware Nodes > Select Back-end which hosts OAB > Applications Tab > ExchangeOAB > OAB Configuration Tab > Press "Rebuild OABs Now" button.
