Resolution

- Such error may occur if there are wrong permission on $DUMP_D/tmp directory, please check it:

# ls -ld /var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp
drwx------  2 psaadm psaadm 53248 Sep 10 03:19 /var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp

- Make sure that "psa-pylibplesk" package is installed on the server:

# rpm -q psa-pylibplesk

- Another reason of the problem is lack of free disk space, check it using the 'df -h' command. Also if the dumped domain has huge size, it is better to set the backup to be spitted for example on 1GB paths. This can be set with "Create a multivolume backup" options on the backup page.
