[FIX] I’m unable to operate the Virtual Environment (VE) using the Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP).

SYMPTOMS

When I access a VE via the VZPP and attempt to Start/Stop VE, I get the following error message:

Unable to operate this VE. Possible reasons: VE is running at the moment. To process requested operation VE should have state. The error can be reproduced on all VEs.

CAUSE

The Virtuozzo Control Panel (vzcpd) process which is running inside the SVE and serves all control panels for each virtual environment is corrupt.

RESOLUTION

You should repair both the vzcpd and vzagent services by using the following command:

vzsveinstall –u
