[Info] Getting error messages performing other operations using a Front Page form.

SYMPTOMS

When  attempting to send email using a Front Page web form, one of the following messages are displayed:

FrontPage Error.

User: Please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: Please see the server's application event log for more details.

RESOLUTION

The exact source of the errors can be found in C:\frontpg.log that doesn’t exist on server by default. This file is created upon any errors by the IIS user IUSR_ftpuser that doesn’t have write permission to the root of the system drive on Plesk servers.
 
Therefore server administrator should create this file manually and grant Modify+Read+Read&Execute+Write permissions to psacln group. All IUSR_ users on Plesk server are included in this group.

Note: We strongly recommend removing this file after the problem is fixed.
