[Info] Is it possible to upgrade all my existing Virtual Environments (VE’s) from Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) to Windows 2003 R2 by upgrading the Hardware Node (HN)?

RESOLUTION

No, though you may upgrade your HN node up to R2, all the existing VE’s will remain running its original OS Template (i.e. Windows 2003 Service Pack 1).  Only newly created VE’s after this upgrade will be based on the new R2 OS Template.  To assist you with this, you may download and install the corresponding R2 template from our FTP site.
