RESOLUTION

There are two possible ways to create Virtuozzo License request:

1. Using the Virtuozzo Management Console (VZMC), the user would go to the Required node > Request New Virtuozzo License

The Administrator would follow the wizard instruction.  This new resulting license request will be generated and put in C:/Documents and Settings/%username%/vzLicReq.txt

This request should be send to your SWSoft Sales representative manually.

2.    Using Virtuozzo Control Center (VZCC), the user would select the Hardware Node > License Management > Request New License.

This wizard will prompt that the specified email sending parameters were not configured yet, so please click Setup mail and enter Relay Server IP Address (i.e. the address of mail server which will be used for automatic request sending).  The user would then click OK and complete the request form and click Submit.  The license request will be send automatically.
