RESOLUTION
If you encounter problems using Virtuozzo you have to create support ticket at the first and then a Support Issue should be submitted from the corresponding Virtuozzo server (if it's required) . In order to send a Virtuozzo report that contains the information about your environment, you would need to log into the Virtuozzo server.At the Virtuozzo server, run this program: Start > Programs > Parallels > Parallels Virtuozzo Containers > Submit Support Issue. Please provide your name and email address to create a valid support ticket associated with the Virtuozzo support report. The compressed file that is generated will include all the related logs, network settings, system information, etc. This file will be automatically uploaded to Parallels support if the internet connection is available on the server.
Please add Re: [Parallels#TICKET_NUMBER] in the beginning of the subject of the support issue. To do so, copy and paste Re: [Parallels#TICKET_NUMBER] and replace TICKET_NUMBER with the actual number of your ticket.
In addition, you may want to forward the autogenerated confirmation about the new ticket creation to your direct support or sales contact to ensure that the issue is being processed by the party you’ve been introduced to.
