Resolution

It is highly recommended that iOS users install new profiles onto the device. This is a two stage process:

  • Remove the 2X MDM client app and MDM Profiles by following this guide

  • Enroll the device by following this guide.

Now iOS users will receive a request to update the Mobile Device Management app and only have to accept the installation. Administrators can force the request from portal selecting device > Applications > Refresh:
