Second internal Windows Boot Camp Hard Disk not shown in Virtual Machine

Symptoms

I have a second disk in my Mac mini that is partitioned into a Mac data disk and a Win Data Disk. Both disks shown on my OS X desktop and are accessible.

In BootCamp both disks are accessible and works fine.

But in my BootCamp Virtual Machine the only one disk is accessible.

Cause

Virtual Machine misconfiguration.

Resolution

  1. Start Parallels Desktop but do not start Virtual Machine.
  2. Go to Virtual Machine > Configure > Hardware Tab.
  3. Click on '+' sign and add new Hard Disk:
    • Type: Boot Camp
    • Location: select the correct partition.
