[Info] Why my HWID has been changed?

Article ID: 1206

  • Parallels Business Automation - Standard

Resolution

Hardware ID or HWID which is used for license generation depends on server hardware and active network adapters. The most possible reason why HWID could be changed is either hardware change or enabling/disabling of available NICS.

If HWID is changed, license becomes to be INVALID and you have to contact your sales representative to obtain new one.
