How do I delete Offline computer from Parallels Access?

Symptoms

I have an Offline computer in Parallels Access. How do I delete it?

Resolution

  1. Go to http://access.parallels.com/ and sign into your account if necessary.

  2. Click on Computers and locate the computer you would like to remove. Make sure that computer is shown as Offline

  3. Click the recycle bin icon under the computer.

  4. Then confirm removal by clicking the Delete button.

    The unnecessary computer will not be displayed in Parallels Access anymore.

You may also wish to uninstall the Parallels Access agent on the computer you removed. Please check KB #117142 for details.
