Symptoms

  • My Windows 7 virtual machine goes to BSOD Stop 0x3B after Parallels Tools installation

Cause

Conflict with 3-rd party drivers

Resolution

Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> locate and uninstall any 3-rd party display driver (e.g. USB Display Device (Trigger 1+), Trigger External Graphics Family, USBVCOM 2.01 etc.). Then please reboot and reinstall Parallels Tools.
