RESOLUTION

Unfortunately Sitebuilder password is stored as encrypted, so there is no way to retrieve one.

To reset admin password please open cmd and go to %SB_DIR%\Utils\ folder

where %SB_DIR% is the folder where Sitebuilder is installed.

The following command should be used to reset password for Sitebuilder account:

SBResetPassword.exe <username> <new password>
