Cause

Kaspersky Internet Security / Antivirus 2014 downloaded from the Kaspersky official website is not optimised for running inside the Virtual Machine and blocks Coherence functionality.

Resolution

Parallels suggests to use antivirus / Internet Security solutions (including Kaspersky Internet Security) available at Parallels Desktop Security Center.
