SymptomsYou are not able to connect to your Mac and Virtual Machines using Parallels Mobile from your iPad or iPhone.
CauseYour login or password or other credentials are mistyped or not correct.
1. Start Parallels Desktop, then go to Parallels Desktop menu ► Preferences ► Mobile
2. Login to your Parallels account with the e-mail you used to register Parallels Desktop.
3. Launch Parallels Mobile on your iPad or iPhone
4. Choose which type of connection you will use: Direct or regular
for Direct connection:
a. Click on the Direct tab on the bottom of Parallels Mobile screen
c. Fill in the required fields using the information from Parallels Desktop menu ► Preferences ► Mobile as shown below
for regular (non-Direct) connection:
a. click on Computer tab on the bottom of Parallels Mobile screen
c. Fill in the required fields as shown below and press Login
